He may try to uphold justice, but his personal battles with addiction and guilt make him a deeply flawed yet fascinating character.
Mitch Alcala’s preparation for the role involved drawing inspiration from complex characters like Mark Wahlberg’s portrayal in Training Day. “I got a lot of inspiration from characters like Mark Wahlberg in Training Day,” Alcala revealed. “Characters who are on the edge, trying to do right but constantly battling their own impulses.” This inspiration helped him shape a character that walks a tightrope between righteousness and self-destruction, a man who is deeply aware of his imperfections, but still driven by a desire for justice.
Extensive Stunt Training
